Purchasing An Item

 

How do I pay for my items?

We use a payment processing system called Paypal. This means that we never see any of your card details. You can pay using both a Credit and Debit Card. If you are a member of Paypal you will be able to log into your account. If you are not a member you can simply enter your payment details.

Delivery

 

How much will delivery cost on my order?

Delivery charges depend on the weight of your order. To find out how much it will cost simply add the items you want to your 'basket' and click on 'Checkout'. This will allow you to see the price of delivery before you pay. Delivery will not normally exceed £6.50

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each item displays an 'estimated time of arrival'. This shows you when we expect each item to arrive.

If you live in an area with one of the following postcodes your order may take loger to arrive than advertise; AB31-AB56, All BT, FK20, G83, All GY, HS1-HS69, All IM, IV1-IV63, All JE, KA27 & KA28, KW1-KW17, PA21-PA77, PH19-PH50, All TD9 and ZE1-ZE9

How is my order delivered to me?

We use Interlink Express. When we deliver this way we email you with an online tracking number so you can see where your order is when you need to.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If your order is more than two days late then contact us at info@fivestarwholesale.co.uk  and we will track your order.

In this event then please consult your instruction manual. This will contain details of how to claim under the manufacturers warranty. If you have no luck with this then contact us.

Dropshipping
