Dropship Returns
If your customer decides that they want to exchange their item they pay the cost of returning the item to us. We will then dispatch their chosen replacement and charge the Dropshipper (You) for this. We recommend that you pass this charge onto your customer.
If your customer receives a faulty item we pay for the cost of returning the item to us. We also pay the costs of sending a replacement to the customer.

We offer a full returns policy on faulty items. Simply contact us when you discover a faulty item.
